What if you believed you are good enough?

You have your answers within you
Accessing them starts with getting to know, like and trust yourself, so that:
✨You understand what really matters to you
✨You believe you deserve it
✨You have the confidence to make it happen
And I don't mean the self that you present to the world, the self you think you should be.
I mean the real you - the one you've been toning down, hiding, trying to reshape.
You deserve to know and live them
When you don't believe in yourself, you become dependent on others to believe in you.
Your individuality is distorted and dulled to conform to other people's values and beliefs.
Your sense of who you are quietly slips away...no matter how busy you are, or how much you achieve, you find yourself feeling adrift and directionless...
But does the world need a bunch of conformist, acquiescent clones? I think the fuck not. The greatest gift you have to offer is that utterly unique combination of genes, qualities and experiences that is you. And when we each allow our own light to shine, the world is brighter.
And I can help you do that
I'm a quiet, sensitive introvert who spent years trying to be who I thought I needed to be in order to gain acceptance and belonging. It was draining. The more I allow myself to be who I am, the lighter, kinder, happier and more at peace I am, and I believe we all deserve a shot at that, for our own sakes and each other's.
So, using the LIGHT approach (and, to be honest, a fair bit of random silliness, rather a lot of discussion of tea and biscuits, and far too much swearing), I support self-doubting, mid-life introverts to cast off the cloak of conformity and shine their true, unique, weird and wonderful light...because the world always needs more light, right?
